"...The picture has a natural grain and is heavy on the shadows, but the image quality is good, with a sharp focus and accurate, though moodily lit and conceptually anemic, fleshtones."

"The screen imagery, by Director of Photography Adolfo Bartoli, is better than average for a Direct-to-Home Video flick. Particularly good is an atmospheric shot of jack/Thomerson at a payphone at night outside the Paradise Motel, which has a pink and green neon sign, the "O" of which is out. This shot perfectly captures the feel of a classic private eye movie."

"... Cinematographer, Adolfo Bartoli, lensed the lush exteriors to perfection."
GIOVANNI GRAZZINI, film Critic, "IL MESSAGGERO"
"... A conferire a 'Rosso di Sera' di Beppe Cino un generale effetto di disagio, di velleitarismo, di rifiuto e a dire il malessere questi 'eroi' logorati dal disincanto dà un buon contributo il fotografo Adolfo Bartoli."
